To manage, change, or cancel your subscription, use your store account directly:

• iPhone / iPad:Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Astro Dream
• Android:Google Play app > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

Refund requests for store-billed purchases are handled by Apple or Google directly. We can't process those, but we can answer billing questions about your Astro Dream account.

Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen inside the app. We'll email you a reset link.

If the reset email doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, check your spam folder, then email us with the address on your account.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app: Settings > Account > Delete account.

All personal data — your birth chart, dream journal entries, and compatibility reports — is permanently deleted within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll handle the deletion manually.

Something not working? Send us an email at support@astrodream.ca with:

• What you were trying to do
• What happened instead
• Your device (iPhone 14 Pro, Pixel 7, etc.) and OS version
• A screenshot or screen recording if you can
